1. To provide location-based weather and air quality service, ClusterTech Weather・AQ (“the APP”) detects location to determine the nearest city from the city list supported by the system. User’s locations would not be transmitted out from the APP. This feature requires user’s authorization on “approximate location (network-based)” and “precise location (GPS and network-based)”.
2. The web-based backend system automatically logs service usage without collecting any personal identifiable information from users. Information automatically collected includes the time, your Internet Protocol (IP) address and parameters for the services. Such information is needed to maintain the security and operation of the backend system, and compile statistics for service planning and improvement.
3a. For APK version 1.1.1 distributed via Google Play, the APK does not contain Baidu Mobile Analytics SDK.
3b. For APK version 1.1.0 or prior distributed via APP stores in mainland China, Baidu Mobile Analytics SDK is used to allow ClusterTech Ltd to gather anonymous statistical data on how the APP is used. This data is used for APP improvement. Baidu Analytics tracking tools may collect and analyze user information on our behalf. Baidu Analytics may access your information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address for the purposes of implementing our Services provided under their respective privacy policies. By installing the APP distributed via mainland APP stores, you give consent to ClusterTech Ltd to use Baidu Analytics in the manner stated above.
Our Services provided to you may contain Baidu Analytics tracking tools from our service providers. These tools may use Cookies, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs) on our Services, collect and analyze user information on our behalf. Baidu Analytics may access your information such as your device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address for the purposes of implementing our Services provided under their respective privacy policies.By installing this APP you give consent to ClusterTech Ltd to use Baidu Analytics in the manner stated above.
